Sector Experts speak from experience on "Why Social Enterprises Succeed/Fail''?
Bala Vikasa Center for Social and Responsible Business (CSRB) launched a webinar series on Social Entrepreneurship (SE). As a part of this, Bala Vikasa CSRB curated 8-panel discussions on key factors that contribute to the success and failure of social enterprises with renowned subject matter experts from the industry. The webinar series ‘Why Social Enterprises Succeed/Fail,’ was designed to strengthen the SE ecosystem, connect with various SE stakeholders and draw attention to certain aspects that are less discussed and studied among the SE network.
The webinar series hosted five-panel discussions in June and July that focused on Product Design, Development and Market Fit, Social Marketing and Sales, Leadership and Team Management, Enterprise and Finance Management, and Project Management. Over 250 participants from various social enterprises, social start-ups, and incubators, impact investors, and academicians involved in Entrepreneurial cells at colleges participated in the webinar series.
“I’d like to thank BV CSRB for curating this much-needed webinar series on ‘Why Social Enterprises Succeed/Fail.’ It was enlightening to know about the various aspects that contribute to the success of social enterprises from the in-depth knowledge shared by the panelists.
