First American India’s Green Cover Project Implemented in Partnership with Bala Vikasa Recognised as 'Nature-Based Initiative of the Year'

The 'Sub-Urban Green Cover Improvement & Community Empowerment Project' of the First American India implemented in collaboration with Bala Vikasa, has been recognized for its positive environmental impact. The initiative received the ‘'Nature-Based Initiative of the Year - APAC’ award at the Sustainable Company Awards 2024 organised by Environmental Finance. 

As part of the initiative, we have facilitated avenue plantation, kitchen garden development and provided horticulture training to empower farmers and promote environmental conservation in the sub-urban areas of Hyderabad and Salem.
