Two-day virtual training held on Result Based Management for NGOs
The People’s Development Training Center - Bala Vikasa's Training Campus in Warangal, successfully hosted a two-day virtual workshop on Result Based Management to over 10 organizations from seven states across the country.
The participants of the training sessions were introduced to the philosophy, principles, and approaches of Result Based Management and were trained in implementing RBM approaches throughout the project cycle.
“The training changed my perspective in approaching certain projects. In current times, it is very important to practice learning and adaptive management and this program has trained me in what I require. It is very appreciative of PDTC to design such a training program for us,” said Dr Anju Singh, Secretary, Thakur Bari Mahila Vikas Kalyan Samiti.
