An appreciative change in the attitude and commitment to their respective village communities is abundantly evident among the rural youth. They are now more motivated to better themselves and develop their communities. Since they are taking a lead role in uniting villagers for a common cause , improving the general quality of life in the villages, and making a difference to their village community,  they have even earned the gratitude of the village elders.
