Ramnagar is a picture of a well organized vil. lage. The youth of the village, trained by Bala Vikasa are making the difference. They have formed themselves into five committees to attend to the needs of the village. 1. Water Treatment Plant committee, 2. Village Development Committee, 3. Farmers Committee, 4. Street Lights Committee, 5. Tree Planting Committee. With the effective and efficient functioning of the committees, Ramnagar now has bore wells and purified water,  well lit streets, improved environment with more trees planted, better hygiene through construction of family toilets, and greater yield of crops using the silt from the de-silted village lake for organic farming. With the active involvement of the youth, almost every issue in the village is being addressed and Ramnagar is on the way to becoming a model village.
