859 Jala Danam(gift of drinking water to passers-by) projects were introduced in nearly 800 villages during the 3 summer months every year.

2,75,760 tree saplings were planted and many women developed vegetable gardens.

Preventing alienation of widows in the community has helped 100 widows to attend special Yoga healing sessions, to find relief for their entrenched desolation. Many now follow the simple steps on a daily basis.

Supporting nearly15,000 widows and providing financial support for their children’s education, has increased the enrollment of their children in schools to 90% in 2011

730 children of widows, who received above 80% marks at the university level, have received partial financial help to continue their studies.

1666 orphan children received financial support for their education, with the funds raised at solidarity meetings, and from Bala Vikasa.

193 college going children have been helped financially, selected on the basis of their excellent academic performance. A one day session was organized to provide counseling and guidance.

Women volunteered to take care of 1666 orphan children, rendering financial, social and psychological support.

59,279 women attended Solidarity Day and cheerfully donated Rs 34,40,890 and showered 1416 Orphan children who participated, with motherly love.
