Training Programs

Bala Vikasa conducts series of short term training programs to different levels of change agents engaged with NGOs, Government departments, CBOs etc. As the training programs of Bala Vikasa are very relevant and effective, number of participating NGOs is on increase every year. Every year more than 100 NGOs are getting benefited from our short-term training programs.

In order to increase the effectiveness of the training programs, Bala Vikasa conducted recently a workshop on identifying the capacity building needs of the NGOs. About 70 NGOs participated from three southern states at this workshop and prioritized their training needs. Based on the priority topics identified by the workshop participants a series of training programs are being organized in coming months.
