Future plans
Bala Vikasa is very much content with the program results through which a sustainable integrated development of the villages is achieved. . The project caters to the needs of the hour and of the target region. Bala Vikasa has gained good experience in planning and implementation of the project. The project is very economical and generates multiple lasting benefits.
The program is facilitating a water conservation movement in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The demand for the program and peoples participation in different districts is very high. The number of applications pending on our desk every year indicates the demand for the program. The participation and contribution of the beneficiaries is 70% which is very unique and appreciated. Therefore, to help more and more project for the benefit of millions of farmers in the state of Andhra Pradesh Bala Vikasa is boosted to implement the program in a big way.
As this water conservation movement is fast spreading in the villages Bala Vikasa wants to continue to strengthen the movement by providing all the possible support. We are planning to expand and implement the program in all the drought prone districts of the Andhra Pradesh through of network of NGOs. Though it is difficult to implement the program in the hot summer with temperature reaching 50 degrees, the management, staff and all concerned are very happy to take the trouble to generate smiles on faces of the village communities.
With the gained experience and being a leading NGO in the state in implementing this type of program Bala Vikasa is confident of implementing the program in the most cost effective, efficient and economical manner for the benefit of the rural communities.
