Other Publications From time to time Bala Vikasa prepares educational material for the various sections of community. With the objective of encouraging effective local leadership, a book was published on leadership qualities with practical guidelines to community leaders. A book on good moral stories was prepared and published to motivate and encourage the poor students studying in government schools. Organic farming is fairly a new concept for the farmers who have become so dependent on the use of chemicals. Inorder to assist the farmers in adapting organic farming, Bala Vikasa worked out a practical guide on organic cultivation.
	Hand Book on Organic Farming A practical guide to the farmers, a hand book on 'Organic Farming' in Telugu language, was prepared and released by Bala Vikasa. The book provides practical guidelines in preparation of organic fertilisers and pesticides. It also explains about the application of organic materials in the farm and the ways to produce quality yield.
	Effective Leadership Publication of a manual on “Effective Leadership” Bala Vikasa is conducting series of training programs to improve the leadership qualities among the people elected to Panchayath Bodies (village administrative bodies). To use as a training manual and also as a guide book to the leaders Bala Vikasa published a book in local language and it is being circulated. The content of the book is very much appreciated as it provides motivation, knowledge and skills for building effective leadership.
